1. Eat a healthy and balanced diet

Food that we eat plays an amazing role in preserving our eye health. Foods rich in fatty acids, zinc, vitamin C, vitamin E and others can keep several eye problems at bay. For healthy eyesight include plenty of green veggies, fatty fish, nuts, eggs, beans, carrots, oranges and other citrus fruits.

2. Wear the right shades 

Too much exposure to UV rays can make you more prone to cataracts and macular degeneration. Moreover, it is always recommended to wear the right shades on your eyes.
