Mushrooms are one among the foods which are superior for our health. Mushrooms contain all the essential nutrients which assist us in weight loss. Including mushrooms in diet controls several illnesses like diabetes, rheumatoid arthritis, anemia and asthma by improving immunity. A mushroom is a fleshy, spore bearing fruit body of a fungus. All mushrooms are fungi, but not all fungi are mushrooms. There are different types of mushrooms like chanterella, shiitake or white button, oyster, Portobello, cremini and enoki. The most commonly used mushrooms are shiitake or white mushroom called button. All types of mushrooms are loaded with essential nutrients.
