What is Infertility?

Infertility is an inability to conceive or not being able to conceive after trying for one year without any contraception. Infertility is referred as a reproductive system disorder or disease. There are two types of infertility namely primary infertility and secondary infertility. Primary infertility is a situation where the couple has never conceived whereas secondary infertility is a condition where the couple has conceived before and are facing problems to conceive again. Infertility may be caused due to ovulation problems, blocked fallopian tubes, uterine problems, age stress, poor diet, smoking, alcohol consumption, eating disorders, sexually transmitted infections, over exercising, exposure to chemicals and being overweight.
